OWNERS THOUGHTS
We as a family of 5 have loved living in this house. It has been ideal
while our family has grown up as it is a great size to accommodate us all with individual space. We love its location being
so close to Totland beach in the summer and the beautiful walks all around us, our favourite being Headon Warren, how spectacular.
Totland has been a lovely place for the children to grow with a few shops and good bus stop links to both school and now as
they are older for their social life. As our children are now getting much older we feel its the right time to move on for
another family to fall in love with the house and put their stamp on it. We did have lots of plans such as an extended kitchen
over the patio with a balcony of the second bedroom on top to soak up the lovely morning sun. And to go into the loft which
is a great size to work with. If these visions had we implemented the house would be spectacular. Newhaven is a beautiful
period house with a real welcoming family feel to it and we shall miss it. We do feel lucky to have raised our family there.
