OWNERS THOUGHTS

We have lived at 33 Hurst Point view since the house was constructed roughly 7 years ago and we have loved the house. Within 5 minutes walking distance of both Colwell Bay and Totland Bay, it has been ideal for us with two small dogs. We also have a spacious south facing rear garden to enjoy all the wonderful sunshine that we get on the Island. Our property backs onto ‘One Horse Field’ which is a protected area, being the breeding place of many butterflies and moths plus a multitude of birds which regularly visit our garden, including Woodpeckers and Jays.

Our small private estate is now mature and very quiet but you can walk to the local shops in Totland or the larger range of shops in Freshwater. We will be very sorry to leave Hurst Point View, but time moves on and we no longer need such a large house for the two of us.

AGENTS OBSERVATONS

Hurst Point View, part of the Fort Warden Development is in an enviable location within the village of Totland Bay. This property would provide an ideal spacious family home for a growing family with ample bedrooms and bathrooms. The double garage and south-facing enclosed garden add to the desirability of this great house in a tranquil setting. The semi-rural location and the proximity to the beach and local walks makes this property one of the most desirable in the area. The specification, location and price of this property will be hard to beat and therefore early viewing is highly recommended.
